On the occasion of All Saints’ Day, the students of group HRB-22 successfully combined their culinary skills and English language knowledge during a laboratory class on the Technology of Restaurant Industry Products. The class was conducted together with Assoc. Prof. of the Department of Foreign Languages and Country Studies, M.M. Zhumbei, and Assoc. Prof. of the Department of Hotel-Restaurant, and Resort Management, R.P. Zahnybida. It is essential to value and respect the culinary traditions of the countries the languages of which we study. ❤️
