THANKSGIVING DAY

On the occasion of Thanksgiving celebration, the students of group HRB-22, Faculty of Tourism had a wonderful opportunity to combine their culinary skills and language communication abilities at the binary class “Thanksgiving Culinary Traditions.” Together with Assoc. Prof. of the Department of Foreign Languages and Country Studies, M.M. Zhumbei, and Assoc. Prof. of the Department of Hotel, Restaurant, and Resort Management, R.P. Zahnybida, they discussed recipes of traditional dishes prepared by the Americans and Canadians during this festive season.
As a result: a 9-kg turkey was roasted, side dishes of baked potatoes, corn, pumpkin, and other seasonal vegetable appetisers were made. We respect and honor the rich traditions of the countries the languages of which we study!
The event was organized to engage the potential students of the Faculty of Tourism.
